Jimmy Khan: Karachi Tour

Background

Jimmy was born in Lahore, Pakistan. He made his debut in July 2011 with the single 'Pehla Pyar'. In 2014, Jimmy founded the band Jimmy Khan & The Big Ears and joined Coke Studio where the band performed their debut song 'Nadiya' featuring Rahma Ali with Jimmy as the vocalist. His single 'Baarish' was featured in a film by Asim Raza, 'Ho Mann Jahan' - along with two more songs in Mehreen Jabbar's film 'Dobara Phir Se'.

Jimmy + Salt Arts

What is striking about Jimmy, is the ease with which he sings and expresses in multiple languages. He moves smoothly from a classic English cover, to a tune by the legendary folk musician Attaullah Esa Khelvi.

We have two shows lined up for Jimmy, one on the 26th of October at the beautiful Côte Rôtie, inside one of Karachi’s most eclectic locations, with major vintage city vibes – The Alliance Francaise. The second show is on a Saturday night at Sattar Buksh café, a youthful and cosy space near the sea.
